Where Being Friends Isn't All That Matters
Traditionally when you are introduced to an opportunity, you are introduced by someone that you know, like, and trust.Well thanks to the digital age, being likable and trustworthy are not the only two factors to consider any longer. Because let's face it: You can learn all of the technical stuff to running a business with the simplicity of a series of Google searches but some of that cannot be taught. In fact, see the one factor that sets the best leaders apart from the herd.
Servant-Driven Leadership
If you're anything like me, you desire a leader that truly cares about you. You want someone that is willing to call you up on the phone or get on a conference call and make sure that you get it.
You want a leader that will take the time to make sure that everything is crystal clear for you so that you don't have to depend on them for success. If your leader has to be there to tell you what to do every hour of every day in your new team, then you are setting yourself up to fail. Not good. No siree bob.
There must be a way for you to get the information without your leader being on the phone with you. If not, you're being managed not led.
To get the fullness of this, read Why You Still Have To Work Like Your Freedom Depends On It where you learn how I build my beachbody business without being a spammy annoyance.
To The Next Best 90 Days Of Our Lives,
Amanda
