How the Heck Do You Keep Up With Her?!??
Hey friend!
If you haven't met Chalene "TurboKick" Johnson, I want to let you know that you are going to get a run for your money honey.
It is now Day 2 of my 90 Day TurboFire Challenge and I feel pumped!
How Do I Feel?
Well to tell you the honest to God truth, I feel great! I slept rather well and I woke up at approximately 7:00 am EST. The first thing that was on my mind was doing my next workout.
I am sure you've had a time where you were so excited about something that you went to sleep with it on your mind and you woke up the very next morning still thinking about it.
Yea, that's how TurboFire makes me feel.
What Should You Expect?
If you're ready to get involved with the Turbo Fire program, there are a few things you want to consider:
Depending on your current fitness level, you may not be able to finish the entire program all the way through the very first time with the correct moves. That's ok. It may take you up to a week to get all of the moves down.
Just keep moving. Don't give up.
In fact, a good friend of mine that has been doing several workout programs from the Beachbody series says that to current date she feels uncoordinated doing the moves.
Guess what? She's ripped. Six pack and all from doing these same workouts! Apparently, coordination isn't everything.
So this is where I am in my Challenge:
Workout Completed Day 2: Fire 30 Class + HIIT 15 Class + Stretch 10
These workouts have literally placed me on the road to success and I feel amazing everyday knowing that I am able to help myself and people like you get into an amazing space.
