What Your Leadership May Not Tell You
Just about everyone wants to be the absolute best at whatever business they are in or at least earn a considerable amount of recognition in it.That just comes with our nature.
Yet many are under this false pretense that once you get to the top, you're going to have nothing but rainbows and leprechauns at the end of the road.
I am here to clear that up for you. Once and for all.
The easiest way to explain this is to think about all of those that won the lottery that have never had the pleasure of seeing more than $10,000 at any given point of there lives prior to the winning ticket.
Its rather simple.
These "minute millionaires" have no concept of what the wealthy actually endure to get and stay financially free and above the shoreline.
The truth is that you still have to work like your freedom depends on it once you get to the very tip top of your business or career. And for those that are so financially well off that money is no longer a concern, still work their tails off because being lazy and doing nothing gets boring.
And boring much faster than you think.
Sustainable wealth does not come easy. Lots of time, effort, and true passion are required to come across it and those that build it know this is the key.
Building a business that you love is better than trying to build it for pure monetary gain. Yes, that's the truth!
